Jason Rath Service Advisor and Matt Sides Services Writer and Tiltons team did excellent job on finding the coolest leaking. Drop car off on Monday. Needed to do cooling pressure test and check engine light Diagnostic test. I was updated all threw the process. Also got a loaner car. Pick my car up Thursday. Was very pleased. Thanks again. After a taking the car to one mechanic, that told me the car was fixed, it wasn’t. I took it to Tiltons. They did a fantastic job fixing the problem. I have taken this car too so many mechanic’s getting ripped off every single time. That was not the case with Tiltons. Jason greeted me in a friendly, professional manner. He was great. I told him the problems, when I got the car back everything I asked to be fixed was fixed. I would recommend Tiltons to everyone that needs car repairs. Consistently wonderful service, communication & work. I really appreciate the honesty of everyone I've encountered. They have become my new go to place for automotive work because of this. I also appreciate the customer pick-up & drop off option. I recently got their app which allows me to see what/when things were done & shows me an expected service schedule based on my vehicle inspection, which is awesome because I can plan more precisely for new brakes or a larger regular maintenance job instead of finding out when I take it in. I've recommended them to several people & will continue to do so. Great family run place with knowledgable people, who doesn't want that?
