Excellent service and care from the moment I pulled in. Personalized and professional, clean and comfortable. They also chose a vehicle close to mine for the loaner while service was performed which meant no adjustment, just out the door and mobile until it was time for pickup.

I chose to buy a Lexus because it is a well-known and durable brand. I thought Lexus would provide good maintenance service. My car is a little over 4 years old. A few days ago, I brought it in for maintenance, which cost nearly $500. I told the woman who took my car that I had just come back from the beach, so please wash the car and vacuum it for me. I had a great experience with Nathan Spencer in the service department. I discovered a nail in my tire while returning from the Ohio State Fair and was worried I wouldn't be able to get it repaired in time. Fortunately, Victoria at the front desk was fantastic. She quickly booked me an appointment with Nathan to have my tire fixed, even at the last minute.

This was my first time servicing my LexusI I was thoroughly pleased with our service ! Mathew from Pre-owed building ,offered to take us where ever we needed to go once we dropped off car . It was not needed, but appreciated! Ashley , greeted us at the service center and put into motion that we needed transportation to Easton . The center was busy and short a few people, yet Joshua , Manager of the vehicles etc , went out of his way to take us and pick us up! The service team were prompt and thorough on servicing the car.
