I believe Ryan was the service advisor that helped me.. He was great to work with, very personable and polite and he got me in and out VERY quickly.

I get all of my maintenance needs for my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox at this location. The staff is very professional and makes sure that my vehicle is running in top condition.

I had to bring my car in twice to get it repaired. When I picked it up the first time, they had to give it a jumpstart. When I asked the advisor if I would have to pay again, he said, "No. You've already paid. However, this was not the case as I was charged another $260 for the second repair. After this, I will only trust your employees when they put something in writing.

They got me in and out for my appointment quickly—faster than expected! Ryan provided excellent service and was very friendly.

Had the worst experience ever took my GMC for a sensor repair that took 3 weeks because the sensor was painted the wrong color so had to wait and then when I’m getting my car back I get it with grass in the front and inside the radiator which did ask to clean it and when I get a call that’s it’s clean and check it out there’s still grass inside the radiator had to wait another day to get it clean not to mention that there was rocks inside and even worst that I didn’t mention they had to jump start my car because it was dead! And today after 3 longs weeks of waiting for my car to get fix today i the second day and my car won’t turn on this is ridiculous now I have to wait for Monday to see who’s going to take responsibility for this I’m paying hundreds to have my car get it “professionally” for now for me to have to jump start my car it’s a ridiculous
