It is rare to across honest and genuine people who work with you we appreciate it! My husband and I took our vehicle to this shop, next day got the call from Mary Ellen diagnosing the car. It was an engine block meaning the entire engine would have to be replaced. They did the shopping and advocated for us a new engine versus a rebuilt or used one as suggested by the warranty company. After researching and standing ground with our warranty company, who tried their best find us at fault, they found one for lesser than we were quoted. The expectations were set clearly and when there was unexpected delay we were notified. Yes, we had put out of pocket costs, but they worked with us. We could not be more grateful! There was new customer relationship built because we do not hop around. They will be our go to moving forward, should we need them.

POOR QUALITY WORK, MISDIAGNOSIS, AND OVER-CHARGING FOR LABOR I entrusted my truck to this shop to address a no-start issue and a coolant leak. To my dismay, my experience has been riddled with disappointment and frustration. The initial shock came when I realized they overcharged me a staggering 9.4 hours ($1200) beyond the industry-standard labor times suggested by Alldata and Mitchel On Demand. While I reluctantly paid, under the impression that I needed my truck promptly, the problems only continued. Not even a full day after retrieving my vehicle, it broke down right in front of a client's business entrance, necessitating an immediate tow. The situation further deteriorated when I discovered electrical cables unclipped, vacuum lines undone, and a missing screw to my engine cover – a clear indication of a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Adding insult to injury, a substantial amount of coolant was leaking from the engine onto the tow bed! While they persisted in asserting that they had resolved the problems, my truck spent an additional week in their care. The ultimate diagnosis was a no-start issue attributed to a faulty fuel pump, rather than the initially suspected O2 sensor – a misdiagnosis that could have been avoided. Despite their poor track record, I attempted to negotiate the cost of the fuel pump replacement, given the extent of misdiagnoses, overcharging, and subpar workmanship. Regrettably, their response was only to waive the diagnostic fee, an inadequate gesture considering the string of mishaps. To compound matters, they have chosen to ignore the undeniable photographic evidence of the coolant leak that persists. A simple glance at the pictures is enough to corroborate the ongoing issue. Astonishingly, I was met with the suggestion that I point out the source of the leak – a task I had paid $662.53 (2 hours over industry standard) for them to perform!! This establishment's lack of accountability, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers is nothing short of disappointing. Their refusal to rectify their mistakes and their insistence on passing the responsibility back to me are emblematic of their dismissive attitude. In sum, my experience with this shop has been an exercise in frustration and disillusionment. It is with great disappointment that I leave this review, hoping that others can be spared the ordeal I have endured.
