K & M always comes through. Good guys and straight shooters. I live in Lavista Park and have had them do work on my family’s vehicles for over 20+ years. My daughter took her Jeep in for an oil pressure sensor replacement and they treated her well. (Did not oversell her or rip her off like other auto places do. (Stay away from that ridiculous “Take Five” oil change place. They are horrible). K & M is THE place to take your car in for work and maintenance. Thanks Guys, David S. In Atlanta

I’ve heard good things about this place in the past, but all the work they’ve done on my car has been quite poor. When doing a heater core, they didnt put back in multiple of the screws that held in my dash so that rattled until I fixed it. When doing a water pump job a few years ago, they stripped one of the nuts holding the fan to the water pump pulley very badly and didn‘t fully attach the upper timing cover, as there were 2 bolts missing. The reason I know these is because the water pump they installed failed after just 13,000 miles, so I am currently replacing it myself. If you want work done well, take your car somewhere else. These people don’t know and don’t care about what they are doing. Would not recommend.

This place must have new ownership or something because I have been a customer for almost 10 years now but now they mistreat loyalty. I came in for a diagnosis 2 months ago and was told all the parts I need and the total price of parts and labor which was 2K. I went to Amazon and got one part which Ben instructed me to purchase and l went ahead and went to rock auto to purchase the other parts he said I would need. Keep in mind I paid the diagnostic fee of $130. A few weeks ago I decided to go ahead with getting my car repaired and I came on a Saturday and I was told to come on a Monday or Friday. So I returned today (Monday, 7/2125) and Ben refused to repair my vehicle because in addition to getting the part from Amazon he instructed me to get, I got the additional parts from rock auto at reasonable price for great quality parts. Ben was butt hurt and thought I did him wrong because I didn’t want to purchase sky high parts from him in this economy. Ben could have told me that when I went on that Saturday but I was forced to drive 80 miles round trip wasting gas and time with this incompetent way of doing business. Please proceed with caution in doing business with K&M Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair. They were great and fair to to do business with but now not so much.

Absolutely amazing! I had taken my car to another shop TWICE and they couldn’t figure out the issue. I went to K & M for my FIRST TIME and they determined it was one of the most common engine problems, a misfiring cylinder. I’ve replaced my ignition coils and spark plugs before so I was shocked to find out that was the issue. I replaced the parts on my own and the engine light went away soon after. Side note: I was in a hurry because I needed to renew my tag. You can’t renew your tag without a passing emissions test, and you can’t pass an emissions test with the check engine light on. Needless to say, K and M was a huge help and I’ll be coming back!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with K&M auto. They are an honest business who will do excellent work for your vehicle. I was first referred to them after another auto shop wanted to charge me $3000 saying my whole engine had to be replaced for a coolant leak. I then started to look elsewhere and was told to come to K&M by a friend. K&M then identified the true issue and gave me an honest upfront price for it (which was very affordable). They did not try to take advantage of me and even threw in some other evaluation/auto care for me as well. Since then I have come back multiple times and am always greeted by a pleasant team who wants to do the best for me and my vehicle. I would recommend them to all of my friends and my family.
