2/20/25 I picked up my semi truck from them after $1,199 in service that was recommended by them. Fast forward to 2/28/25 a leaf spring broke going down the road due to an overtightened U bolt that was installed by Southwest Spring causing excessive tension. I called in today and was quoted over the phone $1400 to replace. Who knows if they really torque to spect or if they just add the red paint to every nut and bolt to make it look like they do.

On 10/7/24 at 8:00 am bring a Nissan Quest for Wheel alignment. Call back around noon and I was told there was a car ahead of me. I ask if vehicle will be ready by the same day.. I was told yes. Business day end and they never call for update (till this point is fair to say that a day cut be difficult for them and they were behind... I give that to them). Next day call on the morning and this is where things start to go south. Same service advisor answers my call (young person) and told me at first. "there is two cars ahead of yours". Told him that how is that possible do to he told me day before it was just one car ahead of me... and then this were non sense start. He change the story for another. He said they were looking for my Van on the parking lot and they not found it outside (yes that was he told me) and finish by let me know that it was on the parking of the employees (so now is my fault ). I left the Van just a few cars from the office door. Finally he call me pass mid day to tell me Van is done. When a pick up the Van I ask for a discount bc I'm from a repair shop he said there is no discount (I did not want challenge that no more even do I have discounts on the pass). He hand me my invoice and he did not hand me the alignment spec sheet. I request it and once again bad service from him came up when he went out to the technician to request it. He came back and said nothing just a minutes later after he check his phone he told me the specs sheet will be soon at the office. While I was waiting I notice my invoice said Front wheel alignment... Once the specs sheet arrive I did confirm they just perform Front wheel alignment. I told to the service advisor that this vehicle take Four wheel alignment and one again he told I request Front wheel alignment witch was a lie.. told him I said Wheel alignment and then he change again to put the mistake on me saying that I should be specific.... THIS IS HIS BUSINESS if some one request wheel alignment IS THEIR JOB TO CHECK what the vehicle needs . Bad service all around

I had a terrible experience with Southwest Spring. I brought my car in for front-end suspension work, which was supposed to include a wheel alignment. However, when I picked up my car, I discovered that the alignment hadn't even been done! I had to point it out to them and ask them to fix it, which should have been part of the original service. After finally getting them to do the alignment, I was shocked to find that they charged me extra for it. On top of that, I asked them how much they charge for a tire rotation, just to get an idea of the cost. Instead of providing me with a quote, they went ahead and rotated the tires without my approval and then added it to my bill! This was incredibly frustrating, as I never agreed to the service in the first place. I ended up paying $800 for services that were unauthorized. The customer service was also terrible. They were dismissive when I raised the issues, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. I would never recommend Southwest Spring to anyone.

I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone is very friendly and willing to work with you. Took my prized 68 fairlane for alignment and discovered from Curtis that I needed additional work. Took the car home and did the additional work myself. Curtis was clear on what the issues where. When I returned the did the re-alignment and took it for test ride. Car runs like new. Southwest springs is well established and have years of experience. Each time I have gone to them they did not try to get extra work out of me. It was quite the contrary. Once I took the car for ride height and they told me everything is to specifications. No additional work was needed.
