I have nothing but good things to say about Metro and their team. Efficient and reasonable! I visited Metro on a Monday to get a quote for a cracked bumper repair/replacement, they gave me the quote and were flexible in my need to come back later to finalize, even down to ordering the part in advance with a small deposit. I got two other quotes that were outrageous and ultimately decided to go with Metro based on proximity to home and the price out of pocket. My part was in on Wednesday, I thought I'd be without a car for a half day or longer on Thursday but they called within 2hrs saying it was ready to pick up. The least hassle and haggle possible and I appreciate it. I should've grabbed some cards to share with the neighbors! Will definitely return if I need work done in the future.

Great great service! I had gotten into a fender bender and they were able to fix my car to look brand new! Milly was a great help and was able to fix a lot of issues with my car. They were fast and very reliable. I recommend going to them with any collision problems.

From initial consult, to drop off to pick up, the service was excellent! They worked with my insurance to ensure I would get my car within a week so there weren't any delays. AND returned it to perfection - just like it was driven off the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier!!!
