They charged me more than what the Mercedes dealership charged me. Never told me pricing or labor charge. They charge more than the Mercedes dealership just to diagnose my car they charged me over $500. Make sure you talk to them all about pricing before you let them touch your car. Or they’re going to rail you at the end with a big bill. Save yourself some time and just go to the dealership at this rate.

My mom has been going here for years and has always received excellent service. I never thought she would have to have someone go with her because they were very honest people. Recently however, they tried convincing her she needed new tires and brake pads. She declined the service and asked me about it. Her tires are perfectly fine with her tread being barely worn down, and her brake pads were also perfectly fine. We are frustrated that they had tried to get her to do unnecessary work with her car and get her to spend money she didn't need to spend.

Recently my husband took my Volvo into Blagoi’s to discuss a potential expensive repair (engine replacement). This morning, I followed up with Henry. We talked options in detail - and I took a lot of notes. I feel confident in moving forward after our conversation. When I service my next car, they will definitely maintain it for us.

Sara and Henry were amazing from start to finish! They fixed the brake problem we were having on our BMW, plus a few other things we weren't aware of. They were very professional and kind. They definitely won our trust and future business.

Spent $900 on suspension work on my AMG and when I picked it up it needed paint correction. I looked like they gave it a dirt bath and made zero effort to clean the car before I picked it up. Have not used them after this, now I go to a dealership. Also they do not report anything to car fax because they "don't believe in it" The place is stone age. Go elsewhere
