Will never give this place any business again. If I could give zero stars I would. Paid over $2000 for a job that was quoted at $1600. And I left with two completely new problems un related to the first. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Prices are outrageous, customer service is terrible with the exception of the sweet lady at the counter. And the quality of work is awful.

0/10 do not recommend. The guy Nick was very rude, mean, and attacked my personal appearance. I paid over 2k, for a job to be done after being quoted about 1600. Then the job snowballed into other things like my air not working. I had to wait over 2 weeks to have the look at my car again for them to just ask for more money for something they messed up by not properly reconnecting my air conditioner. 0/10, there are much better shops available with better customer service, please save your money and time.

Son experienced a busted tire while out shopping. He needed a replacement tire. Using the AAA mobile this place was recommended possibly due to the proximity of his breakdown. Pettys Auto did not have a tire on-site so they had to procure one. Car was left at the establishment for a day while they located a tire. The replacement was affordable enough about the average cost of a decent treaded tire. Cost of repair was decent and in the ballpark of what I was thinking it would cost. Outside waiting a day for a replacement tire; Pettys did right by us. I would use this establishment again.

I have to say I am impressed. They did everything that I needed and asked. Then to top it off, I received a letter making sure my van was okay. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for fixing my electrical issues and my a/c. You are gems for sure. I hope it makes it another 160k. My Kia Sedona is happy.

Pettys took care of the Brake lines on my 1992 Chevy G20 Van a few weeks ago. I went here because it was close to me & had great reviews. I was super pleased with my experience, they started work on my vehicle the morning I dropped it off and finished it up before the day was over. The communication was professional, informative and honest. I’ve done quite a bit of my own DIY work on the van but the brake lines were out of my comfort zone. Having some mechanical knowledge, I can tell when a mechanic is BSing me. Pettys did no such thing, it was refreshing to experience a shop with a straightforward approach and integrity. They even followed up with a letter a few weeks after my repair to ensure things were all good. Happy to report that Pettys fixed my brakes the first time, and I’ve been all set since. Highly recommend 10/10
