I had just had my calipers done by another mechanic when driving, I started hearing a loud bang from my front left side wheel. Long story short, I brought my car in and the mechanics looked at the side and found that the bolt from my caliper had loosened nearly off. They fixed the bolt and tightened my other bolts on all four sides of my car just to be sure it was safe. I went to pay and they told me no charge since it was just a quick fix. These guys are amazing mechanics, honest and extremely responsive and helpful. They have my recommendation and business for now on. Amazing!

I've taken my wife's vehicle and my vehicle to get serviced here multiple times. Their service is very thorough, and the pricing is fair. I was impressed with their level of consideration, knowledgeability, and communication, which is excellent! Also, I appreciate that they itemized the bill so I know exactly what I'm paying for. Brad was exceptionally helpful right from the start. Even though they were clearly booked, he told me to bring the car in so they could take a look. I really appreciated that willingness to help. Once they inspected the tire, Brad was very honest with me. He explained that the nail was quite large and that plugging it wouldn't be a wise or safe long-term solution. He recommended replacing the tire and provided me with some quotes. What truly stood out was that Brad didn't just give me the bad news; he took the time to educate me about the tire's condition and even noticed that the tires were fairly new. When I mentioned we had purchased them from Costco, he immediately advised me to take the car there, explaining that Costco tires typically come with a warranty. He was absolutely correct! I was able to get my wife's tire replaced at Costco for a minimal cost, thanks entirely to Brad's advice. It's genuinely refreshing to encounter a business, and more importantly, individuals like Brad, who demonstrate such honesty and integrity. My wife opened her business on Fifth Avenue over a year ago, and we've both noticed the open and friendly atmosphere and the genuine nature of the people in the area. Easily the best experience I have had taking my car to the mechanic.
