I had a great experience here. I used a Groupon for a tire rotation, oil change, and air filter change. I was greeted very kindly, the work was efficient, and the facility was very clean and friendly. I will for sure be back and I will recommend you to others as well.

After having my Hyundai at the dealership for four weeks, I started hearing a new noise coming from underneath the car just a few days after getting it back. Frustrated, I took it to Tire Choice—and I’m so glad I did. Jim was everything the dealership wasn’t: thorough, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He listened carefully, took the time to investigate properly, and quickly identified the real issue—something the dealership had completely overlooked. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what had happened. The difference in care and expertise was night and day. Thanks to this shop, my car is now running smoothly and quietly again. They truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Usually I have an excellent experience here, but my last visit was less than stellar. I’ve been a customer with Mr. Tire/Choice Auto for nearly 20 years now and followed the staff from the Sawmill Rd. location, when they were Mr. Tire, to the Hard Rd. location, where they are now Choice, so obviously, I feel that Gavin and his team are great, but they offered no payment options except full payment at time of service. I had break work done that was very expensive (pads and calipers) and would have liked to have options with a payment plan, but it was not offered. Another issue was the wait time. It was estimated at 4 hours, but ended up being 6 hours. Even though I made an appointment, they were not prepared with the correct parts for my brake work. They had the wrong size calipers so what was supposed to be 4 hours turned into 6 because they had the wrong size calipers. I live 30 minutes away from the shop so I had to go home and come back the next morning. I could not hang around in town for six hours. It was a huge inconvenience for me that they were not prepared. They were aware of the issue and what needed to be done before I made the appointment so they should’ve been prepared with the correct parts for my vehicle. I was really disappointed with this last visit for the brake work on my car.

Both me and my car were very nicely treated here. I went in to get tires for my car, as one of my back tires had gotten a flat and the front tires were worn down. They were efficient with their time. They answered all my questions, even the small ones. They offered me financing which really helped pay for what I could otherwise not afford in order to get my car in top shape. My spare tire and trunk accessories were neatly put all back into my car. Big thank you to all who helped at this place in what was a stressful situation for me.

Work done was great. I did have a problem when their service tech. was not scheduled to come in for several hours, so I had to wait longer. Likely a situation beyond their control, but a telephone call would have made it better for all. EDIT: So I call the number below this review, I waited on the phone over an hour before my call was taken, then as put on hold for another 8 minutes, and was offered a small coupon after spending over $2000 having 2 cars get new tires, balanced, and aligned. I explained my cars have all been serviced, and don't bother with a coupon that I can't use. The phone call ripps me more than the service.
