I took a 2009 BMW 328i in because it was making odd sounds at highway speeds. I had taken it to a different shop and was told that the transmission was shot and it would cost a huge amount of money to get it repaired (definitely not worth it given the age of the car) so I wanted a second opinion. European Automotive told me it was just the winter tires making the noise. I changed them to the all weather tires and sure enough the noise went away. I'm glad I went here. These guys are actually honest.

We purchased our ML450 from a private owner that always took the truck here. Dan is a very nice guy and we've taken the truck up there a few times; Shaun seems pretty good. The last time we had it dropped off (in March for a starter), AAA (Performance Tow & Recovery) didn't lock it (and took our tow hook) and someone broke in it, took everything and left a broken drug pipe in it, where our toddler coukd have found it!. Dan was nice enough to send video footage to my husband's phone (my apologies Dan). The thing is the video footage shows a woman walking away with ONE bag...YET there were 2 gym bags missing, 2 yoga mats, our daughters shopping buggy cover (which looks like a bag), our bag that we keep emergency covers in, two jackets and my Tiffany Co. sunglasses that were in the glove compartment (NOTHING was moved in the glove compartment...even my inhaler was still sitting in the same spot...), our daughters potty bags, our oils, lotions, even lip therapy was taken. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY, she got ALL THAT in that one trip😡 Maybe the RING Camera shuts off after awhile😒... it's so sad because they know our truck & it was a comfortable arrangement...now😔 I'll try calling them again to see if I can get the maintenance records🙏

I took my BMW X5 into this location for repairs, in which I received a diagnostic and told the repairs would total approx. $1400. I paid for the parts/services, picked my vehicle up on Friday night and by Sunday I was having the same issues and had to have it towed back. After a few days of being in their lot, I received a call stating that it would be an ADDITIONAL $1700 for repair of a transmission which they “didn’t know” originally with diagnostic and $1400 repair! Now I’m out of $1400 from this place as well as a vehicle that doesn’t run! Great Service guys!
