So thankful I choose 5 star for my auto body repair. First of all, loaning me a vehicle while my repairs were being done, was an absolute blessing. The staff was efficiant, polite and professional. They updated me frequently about my auto needs and expectations. I recommend them 100%, they treated me like a valued customer through the whole process, unlike my Auto insurance company! Love these guys... When my vehicle was complete, they delivered it to me!!

I was in a terrible accident and my car was totaled thank god for 5star auto. They reached out promptly after the accident they met me where it was convenient provided a loaner car even stayed after hours to make sure I had the car to be mobile during my waiting period. Communication was great and was able to accommodate me needing the vehicle a few more days due to a clerical hiccup with the insurance. I love them And they have definitely made this difficult time much more palatable.

I was in a hit and run collision to no fault of my own. Out of all the calls I had received that day I’m glad 5 star automotive was one of them. We all knew my car would be total loss, they still helped me with a rental the same day. Worked with me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Out of all the calls I got about my hit and run accident in November I am beyond grateful that I chose to answer this one! From giving me a rental while my car was being fixed to providing me with another rental after I was struck by a deer in their car to keeping in constant communication and explaining every step of the way to me and ending with loaning me a car over night while we dealt with a problem with the insurance payment this company didn’t treat me like a price tag not once!! I was treated with compassion, care, respect and understanding at all times!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know and will hopefully not need their service for another wreck but if it comes down to that they will be the only call I make!!
