Terrible customer service. I walked in to make a return and there was no associate on the sales floor. After a couple minutes an associate comes out on her phone. She looked at us, rolled her eyes and looked back down at her phone and walked to us with no hurry at all. Once she finally reached the register she barely acknowledged us. Didn’t even get a “hi how can I help you” we just got a very rudely said “do you have a return?” She then started the return and read the receipt for a minute then proceeded to say “we don’t take returns from out of state but I’ll let it slide this time”. It was said very rudely and with attitude. my return wasn’t even from a different state. Also no where on the return policy does it say items need to be returned to the store they were originally purchased from. Anyway, my whole experience at this store was absolutely terrible and disgusting. The associate who helped me was on the heavier side and the receipt said Noah E.

Customer service is disgusting. I visited this location at exactly 8pm an hour before closing! on 1/4/25. I was walking around looking at the back of the store “semi annual” sections, there was an employee putting away what seemed to clothes from the dressing rooms, and re folding things, as normals. Her rack was taking up maybe only 4 feet of space, as I touched a shirt simply one time she screamed and said “THIS SECTION IS CLOSED” and made a motion with her hand as she said it. As she was only taking a little bit of space it wasn’t evidently clear that I couldn’t be looking at this wall of clothing, it wasn’t obvious, so to be yelled at for touching clothes one time? no warning, just screamed. As I walked out the cashier was non chalant and not friendly at all either. I don’t know why we’re trying to close early, when the close wasn’t closing for another hour?!

Came into the store about 5-10 minutes ago with my younger sister . Nothing wrong with the clothes or anything but the larger lady wearing all black with a gold necklace was being extremely rude and the other workers work were not attending customers and just talking and playing around.

My daughter quickly found some clothes she liked. It's not a large store and the style probably isn't for everyone but she was happy so I was happy.

This is a cute store! They have a lot of cute street wear style clothing. The prices are decent. The staff is nice and the store is always clean.
