Spent nearly 4k over the course of 3 visits “fixing” what was wrong with my car. They assured me it would be perfect by the last appointment. Last appointment got done, and not even 5 minutes down the road and guess what. Broke down with the same exact problems I brought it in for. They actually worsened the condition of my car, and now it has a huge leak, something that’s never happened since the purchase of my vehicle. Came out worse than when it went in, literally. So they took my money and didn’t even fix my car. Front desk guy was nice though.

Needed four new tires with alignment. I was after a specific tire and on a short timeframe. Pep Boys was the only place who had them in-stock, and got me worked in and taken care of same-day without an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful, and returned my vehicle very neat and clean. Great experience, and I will use them again in the future.

The dealership really tried to rip me off. I was told my AC had a leak and it was totally empty of refrigerant. $625 dollars to refill and test for that “leak”. Pep boys informed me my refrigerant is totally full and there is no leak, my compressor is bad. They saved me a lot of money in the long run and I’ll definitely be going back for future maintenance. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at all while I was there which is really nice as a woman trying to get their car repaired.

Called on a Sunday afternoon because my car was making a noise and I was leaving on Monday. Jesse and Joe went far and above great customer service to have our vehicle serviced and repaired the same afternoon…even staying a little over service hours. We so greatly appreciate their service. My first time at a Pep Boys. The environment was very clean. It was welcoming to minorities. Paul was helpful and knowledgeable. He exhibits excellent customer service skills. He offered to correct something that the Nissan dealership didn't do correctly. This showed me that he is willing to go above and beyond to have his customers feel satisfied and valued.
