Needed four new tires with alignment. I was after a specific tire and on a short timeframe. Pep Boys was the only place who had them in-stock, and got me worked in and taken care of same-day without an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful, and returned my vehicle very neat and clean. Great experience, and I will use them again in the future.

The dealership really tried to rip me off. I was told my AC had a leak and it was totally empty of refrigerant. $625 dollars to refill and test for that “leak”.
