🔧 Bee Line Aligning Service

Called before I went phone rang for at least 20 rings ...no answer.Went to the location stood at the service desk..guy in the garage looked at me lit a cigarette and walked away. I called the service number standing at the counter after 10 rings still no response..I left.

They did excellent work and did not try to upsale me on things I did not need.

I've been meaning to get around to these people for a long time. Long story short, I paid $130 for an "alignment" on my '02 Dodge Ram, and literally got it back in the same exact condition that I drove it there in. It was pathetic. At the time, after I called and told them my concerns, they told me to make another appointment while being very rude on the phone, and also that I'd have to pay for "diagnostics". Pay for diagnostics? Shouldn't this have been addressed during my first visit?? I think that this place USED to be a great shop, but they've been living off of that reputation for WAYYYY too long, except without the same service they once had. These people are scum and I would not recommend anybody to go there for anything at all. If you need any more proof, just look at the other reviews from people they've railroaded.

This is the absolute only place to fix ANYTHING WHEELS. I drive across town to make sure these guys have done me a once over. Love the staff, they get you in and out. They were kind enough to consult work, tell me which ones need immediate action and allow me a chance to see what I could afford. THEY GAVE ME OPTIONS😉 Thanks guy you rock!!!

The alignment shop with the right tools & equipment to get an alignment on just about anything. In my case, a car lowered with barely enough room for a finger to fit between the tire & fender. Where others all switched to tire mounted tools, Bee Line uses an in-ground alignment machine. This shop has knowledgeable & personable technicians! The only downsides to this shop are that the area is really rough & they have a rough parking lot. I'd stick around during servicing & definitely make sure to leave with your car.
