🔧 Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission

I was told 14k to replace my land rover discovery sport 2017 engine while another mechanic Shop said 5k. Disappointed with the pricing . Apart from that it is a good auto repair place and are kind professionals. I can only recommend it for someone who is financially very okay.

After being referred to Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission by my cousin, who had his transmission replaced there, I decided to give them a try and I’m thankful that I did. I had gone to three different shops to diagnose my car, but Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission was the only one to get it right—and they had the most competitive prices as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle and wants an honest assessment with fair prices. I even suggested that my mother take her car there.

John is a big teddy bear he is funny he helped me learn about my tire pressure and how to check my oil. I love the lady at the front desk chrissy she was kind and hilarious and good company while I waited for my car. The yellow and red malfunction light is no longer on! Yay! just needed an oil change but I didn't know.

This company restored my faith in auto mechanic shops. I am an older woman with little car engine knowledge. Chrissy who was so pleasant and her mechanic gave me detailed information that I could easily understand without speaking down to me. They quoted me a price to do an alignment and a few other things which I agreed to . I left the vehicle with them and went home. They called to let me know I didnt need an alignment after all, my tire pressure was just low. What wonderful, ethical people, they will now be taking care.of all our vehicles . I definitely recommend them.

We brought our Escape in for an estimate on a transmission. Their price for a new, used, and locally remanufactured transmission were all higher than what Ford completed the work for later. While at Milex they completely drained the vehicle battery to zero and someone damaged the front bumper during service or in their secure back lot. Upon initial inspection Matt tried to lay blame on everyone else and didn't want to accept any responsibility. After reviewing pictures of the vehicle prior to service, Matt said he would "make it right". I presented an estimate from Kreiger Ford and he refused to pay it. He was only willing to contribute 60% of the estimate. I asked him for his insurance company information and he again refused to provide that. I would not recommend Milex or dealing with Matt
