Oops I accidentally hit that it does not accept credit cards yes then of course they accept credit cards debit cards venmo cash cash app. They are awesome they're small family-oriented the guy Ryan is a genius and I'm super ecstatic that I finally got my van there and he's quick and a lot of people depend on him for a little things big things- doesn't matter I had to find my warranty and when I sat in the waiting room looking everywhere for it I was like surprised to see how well they accommodate for like kids and it's all clean and they're definitely becoming pretty popular so the Secret's out I guess

They got me in super quick for an oil change. They inspected my entire car and system and gave a virtual report of findings. I waited with my car, and they were so friendly. Their waiting lobby was awesome and cozy. I worked during and enjoyed the time there. Everyone I encountered was so pleasant! Definitely give them a shot. Local new business, Hilliard needed a family auto shop down this way! So happy they’re here.

Overall it seems like a good shop. I just had a full diagnostic done which did lead to some unfortunate news for my 2008 accord. I did appreciate them offering the diagnostic option since I didn’t unnecessarily want to address something when there was a bigger issue. Well worth the $120. A little feed back on the communication. I dropped my car off at 830 with the expectation of receiving a call to pick it up sometime prior to close. I didn’t receive a call and called them at 430 pm. I got the impression that they wouldn’t have completed it without giving them a call, they seemed surprised that I wanted to pick it up same day, as I communicated this over the phone and when dropping it off. There were pretty good notes and pictures regarding the issues that were identified, but there was not any on the transmission which was the bigger issue. I can’t speak to the actual work since I didn’t have any completed but I would expect that they do good work based off the thorough diagnostic. I would also add that they do seem to offer good value as well when looking at the prices for the recommended services.
