Jack always goes above and beyond taking care of my family and our vehicles. He is very responsive and quick to diagnose my vehicles. I truly appreciate all of his hard work. Thank you Jack for for everything!

Jack is that almost mythical mechanic that everyone is looking for: he’s honest with the diagnosis of your car’s problems, does an amazing job with the repairs, and completely fair with the prices. He documents the repairs throughout the process by taking quick videos of the new parts going in (and/or their functioning), and when appropriate, allows you see the car on the stand/lift. I wouldn’t trust a mechanic who can’t physically point you to the problematic location and explain the issue in detail, and Jack always takes the time to do that. I thought that all this documentation and effort he puts into the customer would surely slow him down, but somehow he gets the job done at a reasonable pace and nothing is compromised. Jack has really created an exceptional business in JMack Auto Service, and he is the first person I ask to look over any kind of car issues I might have.

Initially I took my vehicle here because it said the guy was a Veteran, it turned out to be my worst experience of my life with a business. I ended up taking the guy Jack Hibbler to court because I payed for my engine to be fixed in November! (November 28) I didn’t get my vehicle back until a week ago March 30th after the judge told Jack hibbler he would be responsible for paying me the blu book value of my car if it didn’t get fixed! I’m only writing this review because this guy Jack hibbler keeps harassing me on Facebook with messages trying to clear his businesses name. Me and my women went through 8months of hardship without a vehicle but we made it through. I wouldn’t recommend his business to anyone!! I know he’s not a man of his word, he doesn’t represent real veterans the way they should be represented, he lies, and then plays the victim, all while trying to disguise himself as a lucrative businessman. Dealing with that for 8months while your car is being held in a hostage situation was very tricky! It’s hard not to explode with violence when someone has your money and your car but I steadfast and stayed resilient also kept my faith strong that the civil court would work in my favor! This whole situation was very wrong!! I didn’t deserve it….my kids didn’t deserve it…. my girl didn’t deserve it…. And now this idiot sends me harassing messages on Facebook! I wouldn’t ever do business here!

Sooooo my mother used my Honda Pilot, and it broke down on her while driving. So I called JMAC and within an hour a tow truck arrived. Come to find out my timing chain failed, and I got my Honda back in two days. & it’s was also convenient and easier to pay the tow and repair bill ALL AT ONCE!! BEST FASTEST AMAZING AUTO REPAIR SHOP!! GO TO JMAC AUTO REPAIR YA’LL!!!

The service at JMAC is stellar. They are always extremely courteous and very quick to get my car fixed RIGHT and returned to me. They always send my car back to me better than what it was before. Now I feel like I have a totally new car again!! Thank you JMac. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.
