🔧 Peterman Brothers

I was in contact with this company which appears to do almost everything. I need a gas stove hook up and also exhaust system for a downdraft feature on the new stove. I was answered immediately but told that they couldn't do either of the services. I figured, at the very least, the line hook up would be doable as I was told it should be completed by a licensed plumber!

I’ve had good experiences with Peterman’s. Brandon just did a routine service on my A/C unit. He was professional, knowledgeable and shared information without pressure. Definitely recommend.

I'd give it zero stars if possible. This is for a Columbus, Ohio area/appointment. I called on Monday for an appointment time for a maintenance/repair (unknown) issue with our AC. The told us the first day available was Thursday & we received confirmation of same. Got a text from them on Thursday at 10:12 am saying that our technician was on his way. At 11:57 when we had not seen anyone or heard anything additional, I called them honestly worried about the technician. They said "are you sure you got a text message?" -- like I had made something up. We explained again that yes we had received a text & then were told that the system sent it & it was a "system error" as he was not on his way yet but still scheduled for today. At 1:56 pm they called & said they only had 2 techs in this area & they would now not be able to make it today. This is very frustrating when you've been waiting 6 hours so far for them and are experiencing an unusually hot spell of 3 days now without AC, and many other companies in the area offer same day or next day service. There was no apology for not being able to show up, they just wanted to reschedule & we refused & told them we'd call someone else (which we immediately did & got a next morning appointment). We only called them because they bought out the local company who installed our unit 7 years ago which we were very happy with. We had no idea they were not local until I did further research. Clearly they need improvement in lots of areas ... more technicians, better communication with potential customers, and certainly better customer service. An absolutely AWFUL experience!

Drew arrived as scheduled. He did an excellent job doing a complete evaluation of my plumbing and providing very informative and detailed recommendations based upon his findings. I would definitely recommend Peterman Brothers if you looking for quality and affordable services.

We've let the system break in a bit - all in all im extremely happy with the service. We had a huge ole girl from '71. She did her job but sadly went out on us the snow before last. I will say there were a few things, trash left in the basement and driveway, damage to the stoop, not filling out the paperwork with the system information & I wish we were given an bit of a system overview.. very little chatter but I know the basics n that's fine for now. Overall Shawn & Bryan were great, quick in quick out, I know the big ole thing was a huge pain to get out and I am forever grateful! Everyone we have dealt with has been great- Antonio , Shawn & Bryan. System works like a dream n I'm excited to not have to worry about it as much lol.
