Couldn't be happier with the service provided at Cool Car Auto Air. The staff at the front counter were so nice and when I had a question they couldnt answer, Christina was more than willing to explain everything in detail on what it would take to fix my ac issue including the pricing. Gus and the mechanics were able to fix the issue the first time and I'm no longer riding hot! Me and my family couldn't be happier with our Ac finally being fixed. Thank you so much Cool Car I highly recommend taking your AC issues to this business!

We can not recommend Cool Car Auto enough. They are absolute experts in car AC and a trustworthy shop. We would have saved ourselves a lot of time and money had we just started here first. Christina was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I took my car to be checked out AC was not working and they found out the problem with in about two hours. Very kind and courteous and knowledgeable employees and owners. Christina and Kenzie were kind and helpful and technicians too. I dropped my car off at 9:15 a.m. and I am so thankful that it was fixed . Thank you all so much for fixing my AC. It is so nice to stay cool now. Thank you so much for fixing it.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Charged just to look at my car and I backed out once they told me the price. Had all work done elsewhere for half of what they wanted. Recommend literally anyone else who will work on AC. Edit: Was never charged for diagnostic at the other shop I went to and AC still works great. Also, I didn't take a diagnostic from a shop I don't trust to my new mechanic. That doesn't make any sense. Thanks for the kind reply, though.

Wow this shop is awesome. They are very courteous and friendly. They definitely know what they are doing. Kenzie was very helpful. I dropped my truck off before lunch and Kenzie called back quickly and told me what was wrong and gave me a price. They fixed my Ford F150 Air Conditioner in 2 hours. This was the best experience I have had with an auto repair shop. 5 Stars is not a high enough rating. Ashley Floyd
