Irresponsible Mechanic Alex Noble Works Here.. 2004 Chevy Avalanche 1500 V-8 For Crate Engine From Jegs Delivered By R&L Deliveries for Install on 10/16/19 All Parts and Engine Delivered To HEJ Auto Care Also (4) Bilstein 5100 Shocks, Serpentine Belt, A/C Belt and Tensioner, Knock Sensor, Upper and Lower Radiator Hoses, Oil Pressure Switch, Starter, Water Pump, Thermostat, Fly Wheel, Fuel Filter, (2) 5 Qt SAEBreak In Oil, (8) Spark Plugs, (2) Oil Filters, (2) Gallons Anti Freeze, Exhaust Manifold Bolt, and (2) Rear Heavy Duty Springs. All Were To Be Installed By Alex Noble Whom Never Began To Work Upon The Vehicle Until Sometime In November 2019 Too Many Excuses and Lack of Work Done Within HEJ Auto Care. Deadline Was 11/27/19 Not Even Close To Being Completed. Recieve 2004 Chevy Avalanche on 12/28/19 Power Steering Pump Leaking Badly, Truck Bed Making Noises. Power Steering Pump Brought Back Several Times Never Fixed, Rear End Loose Rear Springs Unnoticed By Alex Noble Had To Be Replaced. Grew Tired of Excuses and BAD SERVICE.. Took 2004 Chevy Avalanche 1500 To AAMCO To Find Out Ruptured Power Steering Pump and Lines Broken During Engine Replacement and Cracks Upon Transmission Adapter Were Discovered. Unreported By Alex Noble. Upon Calling Alex Noble To Report These Findings No Accountability, No Resolution, Nothing Offered To Fix The Situation Caused By Alex Noble Nor Ownership of HEJ Auto Care.... Gave One Star.. Lowest Available... BAD SERVICE HERE BE SERVICED AT YOUR OWN RISK AND MONEY... AGAIN RECIEVED MY ENGINE AND PARTS 10/16/19 STILL UNFIXED AND DAMAGED WHEN RECIEVED 12/28/19 NOW 1/21/20 FIXED BY AAMCO... LITIGATION ACTION TO BE FILED UPON HEJ AUTO CARE AND ALEX NOBLE AFTER REPORTS TO BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND SOCIAL MEDIA.... BAD BUSINESS BEWARE...
