I recommend these guys constantly! I've hired them a few times and each time everyone from scheduling to the plumbers has always been so nice! A small job or a big stinky one these guys are amazing!! They fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable which is good too.

I came home in the evening to find my air conditioning unit not working and the temperature in my house reading 90 degrees. I called after business hours and spoke to their answering service. I was offered an emergency appointment for that night but opted for a call to schedule the next day. I received a call in the morning and was worked into the schedule within 24 hours. My repair technician, James, let me know when he was on the way. He was very kind and considerate of my home, and was able to replace the part and have the unit working in a short time. I would definitely use this company again.

Easy to make an appointment. Came out within 1day. Fixed our hot water tank in 1.5 hour. Made extra effort not to make a mess. Real nice guy, personal. Great price for tank repair. Got a estimate to fix 2 water spickets, but price was to pricey, didn't do them.

Technician was knowledgeable, prompt, pleasant, and took the time to explain things in terms we could understand. The online scheduling was easy to use and very convenient. The appointment reminders/notifications were very good. We've hired Waterworks a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. This latest visit was for a water heater maintenance.

I am opening an ice cream shop in Johnstown, Ohio. After several quotes, I decided to go with The Waterworks as I was confident they would be able to pull permits and get the work done as planned. They were AMAZING!!! I had Mike leading the team of Griffin and Nick. I was informed of everything they had to do and just as planned, they completed on time. Inspection PASSED with no issues.
