🔧 AutoZone Auto Parts

We were in town for Good Guys Auto Show with our 1970 Torino. Nathan Suain, Store Manager, 901 E Dublin Granville Rd, not only sold us the parts we needed to get on the road again, but he also installed them. Nathan was even there the next day (his day off) to help us again! I highly recommend this Auto Zone location and The Manager - Nathan Suain! Thanks again. And we made it back home to Toronto!

I knew I needed a battery as I was informed in winter but wasn't driving truck due to need new tires ... husband jumped and was starting up so I drove it ... then I was at Family Dollar and had got allot of things i needed and then it would nor start ... AutoZone in plaza 161 Dublin Granville Road by Busche Blud and North Meadows ... It was the horrible hot humid muggy day we had the other day and I had my 3lb chihuahua with me ... Quincy in shop came down to my truck and the battery was stuck and he wd 40'd it, put new wipers on as they were shredded. And red tape for brake light for other car. The tape cost more than replacement brake light cover in past year. Ordered the light and he was very nice and we both were melting. Thanks Qiuncy and AutoZone you have always been friendly and go extra mile for me and I am sure others. I always used the store 🤗

Friend broke down at the gas station right down the street. We had belt number and went for part. First time we got a belt too small. We returned after an hour of engine work outside in the gas station parking lot. The worker argued with us about the correct belt. Keep in mind we are holding the broken belt . We requested the part number off the belt and were told the vehicle was recalled and the belt had been changed. The man forced his lies on us and showed us his computer that the belt we needed , with part number, was not available. After another 2 hours of work we returned to find the store closed. The next day we returned the item and purchased the appropriate belt at the NAPA auto parts store. They listened and gave us the belt with the part number from the broken belt in our hands. They were curtious and solved our 2 day nightmare. Usually AutoZone is good about helping.. but not this time.

Quincy was so helpful! I didn’t know how to put new headlights into my car and Quincy helped show me how to do it! I will definitely be coming here again!

I appreciate Quincy’s help and attitude! Helped me with my battery replacement, headlights, and wiper blades! Truly exceptional service!
