🔧 Habitation Investigation Home Inspections

Karl and his trainee Matt were awesome–the nicest guys and very thorough. Luckily our home didn't have any major visible issues, but I was present for the inspection and Karl gave me great explainers and added context. He made it really easy for me to read the report with a better idea of what was important, and what he was just obligated to document. We added extra services like sewer scope, radon, and mold testing, so it took longer than anticipated, but I'd rather they take their time than rush through it. Highly recommend

Received radon, WDI/termite, sewer line scope and regular home inspection. Karl was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he loved his job. Very thorough inspection and lots of detailed notes that I will use for upcoming years on this new home. Thanks a billion!

I had a wonderful experience - Jim was great found all the issues I was worried about and helped me make the decision to not buy the house when he pointed out mold in the basement. He also checked the moisture of all the wood in this new build and was super patient and answered all my questions - highly recommend!

Drew did an exceptional and thorough job with our home inspection. Though I was not able to be present during the inspection, our realtor was and she said he was very courteous, polite and willing to answer any questions that came up.
