Didn't take long at all to get a title on a Saturday morning. Getting tags is a different story. Long lines.

Today is 08-06-2025 I am happy Today I have experience in this location: 1) change my DL from NY state to Ohio state 2) transfer registration car from state NY to Ohio I am very grateful to the staff of this establishment for their professionalism and kindness. I would like to especially mention the girl at the reception desk Shalamar. She is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Miss Cheryl at window number 4. She did her job very quickly and professionally! I would like to express my gratitude to the management of this BMW for the clear organization of the office work!

The worst BMV ever created. I just don’t understand how are you the most packed bmv but the most under staffed you’ll wait 2 hours longer than the wait time giving they said 1 hr 45 mins and I got there at 12:45 it’s currently 3:30 I could give it negative stars I would

The women here are so incredibly helpful. If I moved to the other side of the city, I'd still drive over here for help. Whitney especially is a gem and so knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. She took definitely the best ID shot I've ever had in 1 shot and from the time my ticket was called, I was out in minutes. Bring all documentation, check the wait time online, and maybe bring a book too!

This place is absolutely terrible. Down to the customer service, support and directions. The structure is even worse. Everyone here has an attitude, at least on the day I went lol. Trust me when I say this, avoid coming here. There’s a better one in Pickerington.
