Chad butcher is a hack. He will butcher your car. Only body shop that will cut your car apart and not weld in braces to keep the car from sagging. After he did that both doors had large gaps at the bottom of the doors at the b pillars. He called me to come look at the car. Note the car was promised in one year. Which he didn’t start cutting the car apart until a couple weeks before hand. After I saw what the butcher did. We removed the car from his body shop. Gave him a large sum of money up front. Asked for part of my money back he said no. Judge awarded me my money back. He still hasn’t paid a penny of that. Butcher thinks that’s funny. Dealing with the butcher was my worst nightmare. Have proof of everything he did wrong.

My car was taken to Innovation to have the front end repaired when I was in an accident. Everyone is very professional and helpful, they explain everything they are doing and why, will definitely take my car back to them for anything I might need in the future. Top notch service.

TERRIBLE! My car was there for 2 full weeks for a front bumper to be replaced. Never received any call or update regarding the vehicle within the two week timeframe so I decided to call multiple times before being given a pathetic excuses. Once I’ve gotten the car back, my check engine light was on. After taking to machanic, it was determine that my AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR was missing and fog lights were not properly reattached. The underbody panels were also missing multiple screw and ties. I noticed that instead of them ordering a new bumper as stated, the old one was used which is clearly apparent and results in is not being flush on the car. None of the sensors in the front number are flush. There are more issues but too much to type smh. This place created issues that should not have been! I had to spend money on a mechanic and parts for issues they created! Please don’t waste your time and go to someone that you trust!

These guys are the best. I had my car in for some minor work (well, to me it was major), and they got it done fast. The price was great, and they even went above and beyond and took care of another small issue without charging me. It's awesome to find honest auto shops around, and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Don and crew are amazing at what they do!!! I dropped my daughter's car off to have some body work performed and I was very impressed with the quality of work. Another thing that sold me on Innovation Auto Body was their honesty. They do not try to get you in the door and add other costs. They were upfront with the cost and everything was top-notch. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
