Had some damage on a work truck and had it repaired at this location. The service and communication was 1st rate. The staff here is very polite and capable. They sent updates regularly to keep me apprised. Vehicle was clean when I arrived for pickup. They let me leave my rental here too for pickup which saved me time and an Uber ride. I'd definitely recommend this location to others.

Fantastic experience!!! Their mobile service came to me to replace auto glass. They showed up on time and kept in touch with me every step of the way. Even cleaned up the broken glass in my vehicle which I did not expect. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I will definitely call them if I ever need work done in the future. I really don't understand the grievances mentioned in the negative reviews of this place. My experience was 5 stars from start to finish. I hit a deer, and scheduled an estimate for 7/11. They conveyed the estimate to my insurance, and we scheduled the work to begin on 7/17. It was nice to receive the text updates and have the ability to see the progress in the portal they send to you. After starting repairs, they found additional damage (typical) and sent that in for approval to the insurance. They estimated that my vehicle would be complete on 7/26, but to my surprise, they notified me on 7/24 that they were able to finish early! They were even able to take my rental car since it was with a company they know, and take care of returning it. Everyone I met was polite and helpful. They did a great job on the repair, washed the car, AND cleaned the inside which I wasn't expecting at all. Every body shop has a lead time on repairs, and parts being delivered. The process will never be as fast as some people would like it to be, but I can say that I am very happy with this Gerber location.

Good shop. I didn't end up getting my truck worked on because my insurance deemed it a total loss, but I had a good experience with these guys. Thank you
