🔧 Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

Great experience! I needed a tire repair after picking up a nail! They patch, not plug, which is why I chose to use them. I have a new car with “bougie” wheels that require the correct equipment to remove the tire without damaging the rim! Excellent service and communication throughout. Highly recommend Grismer Tire and Auto!

Had great service at Grismer on July 10, 2025. Had a set of new tires installed and front brakes replaced. My only critique would be for the front desk representatives to be a little more engaging. When I left it did not feel very hospitable and I felt judged for not signing up for a Grismer card (which I did not sign up for). I would return again for future service.

I have an Audi SQ5, and up until now it's only been serviced by factory trained technicians at the dealership. I was nervous about taking it to a tire shop, but the guys at Grismers we're professional, courteous and got me an outstanding price on my tires. Job well done!

I am not from Columbus. I got a flat tire and waited on the freeway for a tow truck for over three hours. I was tired, wore out, and defeated By the time I got to Grismer Tire and Auto Service. William and his team greeted me with open arms, got my car right in, and right out! The staff, the facility, and the environment made me feel safe and right at home. I left thankful, satisfied, and refreshed!!! Thank you guys !!!! And I will be back !!!

Stellar staff! We were out at my parents in the country for the weekend (we live downtown Columbus, however) and in the morning noticed my R front Pirelli Verde was flat😩 We had driven through an area under residential construction and that’s apparently where we got the nail from. So I called around to a few places in the burbs closer to my parents house, to no avail with same-day weekday service- and then remembered all the sudden driving by Grismer downtown all these years. So I called and Justin answered- not only was he super helpful and patient trying to diagnose where the hole was in my tire, but also explaining the need for all 4 tires to be of the same tread with an all wheel drive vehicle (I had no idea). He said no problem, come right in, mind you we were almost an hour out of Columbus- they didn’t have the run flats in stock but had them delivered from their warehouse by the time we arrived, the same day and my car was ready by close of business! Perhaps we got lucky on a slow day, I didn’t ask, but again, the overall kindness, courtesy, and education provided by Justin, and then later on picking up the car and speaking with William- it was a wonderful experience over all for a female.
