🔧 Lazarus Parking

My family parked at this garage for the 2025 Jazz and Rib Festival. I reserved a space in the garage to attend the event on the 28th of July. I want to acknowledge two of your employees for going above and beyond in providing exceptional service for myself and my family when we needed assistance. I was parked there for a little over 3 hours. 2:42pm to 5:50pm. I was supposed to be charged 9.00. According to the prices. I got charged 20.00 instead. I felt i got ripped off. Good parking, but misleading on prices. I will never use this parking garage again.

Lazarus parking garage attendants are not city or state law enforcement and have zero authority to ticket people for license plates. my plate is NOT expired (it's good until October 2025, it is currently May 2025) and I have a $30 parking violation and threats of being towed because, and they handwrote this in, "expired tags". someone please reel in your power tripping employee

I park here daily and have never had problems with the Laz. They have security on site and rates are on par with downtown. It's about $3/hour or $15/day which is cheaper than other parts of downtown. Be careful though, because the "day rate" resets at 3:00AM so you'll have to pay for another day if you park overnight.

This garage has got to be one of the worst garages I have ever dealt with. I recently started a new position that requires me to park in this garage, and on my second week of work my cars rear bumper was absolutely destroyed. Someone carelessly ran into and dented the entire back drivers side of my car, and the folks operating the garage were little to no help. I’m stuck paying for the repair on my own, as the garages footage supposedly didn’t catch it and there is nothing more they can do. I had one security guard who was tentative to the situation, but everyone else continued to give me the run around on lack of footage, the cameras weren’t clear, and overall little to no care. I’m hearing that this seems to be a problem and experience for many, which is unfortunate.
