I had a nail in my tire that eventually left it flat. They were able to fit me in same day and had it patched within a couple hours! Sam at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Good price and quick service.

Brandon was amazing to work with! We dropped our car off Monday night, expecting to not hear from them until Tuesday late afternoon! They ended up looking at the car first thing, sent a complete diagnostic to us and went over everything specifically! They completed the work and we picked up the car that same afternoon! Even sent us an invoice to pay electronically! Keep up the great customer service!

I had such a great experience with Brandon and Nicholas — these guys are truly amazing! Nicholas was the mechanic who inspected my car, and Brandon is the friendly face who welcomes you at the front desk and handles all the paperwork. They saved me a lot of money by being honest and straightforward. I had gone to another shop where they told me I needed to replace everything, but Nicholas took the time to carefully inspect my car and explained that many of those parts, like the rotors and pads, were still almost new and didn’t need to be replaced yet. He told me honestly that it was too early for those repairs and that I could come back in about a year and a half. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and they didn’t charge me for things that weren’t necessary. Their goal wasn’t just to make money — they genuinely care about providing good service and building trust with their customers. Brandon also mentioned that when I come in for an oil change, they offer a free inspection of the rotors and pads, which is a great added bonus. The customer service was excellent — they were respectful, helpful, and kind. I honestly wish every auto repair shop had people like Brandon and Nicholas. Highly recommend them!

This was my first time with this Tuffy location and I had a positive experience! Marcus was kind and genuine with the service. I don’t know much about cars and he took the time to explain what the assessment photos all meant and realistically what I should take care of and what I could potentially wait on. I also feel like Marcus was really fair with pricing! Matt was the tech that serviced my car and he got the service done quick and thoroughly. I always like working with Tuffy and I’m glad that I have another location closer to me that I can also trust. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Marcus was great both on the phone and in person. He was willing to allow us to drop the vehicle off on short notice and got the tire fixed in a timely manner. Very personable and professional place that I have for both of my vehicles. Highly recommend. Price was very reasonable as well. Had a nail in our tire and they were able to fix it…. For under $50.
