The guy behind the desk. Good guy, out and about. Had to have plugged in tire. Then next week another plug in another tire. Thought the guy behind check in was owner. Now, I think another was owner. Asked him to put cap back on where it was at. He preceded to tell me it doesn’t do anything. It’s just cosmetic. I can speak for anyone else the way I bring my car to you. Is the way I want it back!! This guy needs to stay up stairs!! No dealing with customers!!

I just want to recommend Goodgrip Tires to anyone that needs tires, service or anything vehicle related. The staff always bends over backwards to be helpful.Whatever repairs are needed they complete them quickly and reasonably. I can't say enough good things about this shop and so glad it's in my neighborhood!

I came in after an accident and wanted to get an inspection on if my car was good to continue my road trip at 8am on Friday. Not only was the staff super comforting while I was stressed, but talked me through their process and repairs. With no notice, they were able to get me out super fast. If I lived in the area I would 100% get my service done there every time!!

Really great place to bring your car. I got an oil change, rear breaks and rotors and a new booster vacuum pump. They even fished particles out of my engine for me because i drove it in and broke the pump into pieces. THEY SAVED MY CAR! Not to mention they are fair pricing and even less then the dealer and jiffy lube types. This is 100% a great place for you to bring your car! Thanks guys you are the best and my son and I appreciate everything 💙

Tried for the first time to get diagnostic on my AC as it was not working. I just purchased the car in October so I just found out. The previous mechanic I was using was so expensive and I had heard that Good Grip was reasonably priced and it is right down the street from my house. It just needed freon and there were no leaks! They do lots of other services too. I finally have a newer car but I think this will be my new go to place. Check them out!
