0 star review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!! They sold me a motor with a 60 day warranty and as soon I get it installed there is an oil leak. They said they would cover the cost to get it fixed. Once I got it fixed at my mechanics, I let them know the total and they told me it was my responsibility and not theirs after telling me they'd cover it. Very dishonest and sketchy business. Buyer beware. It wasn't just a gasket, the turbo oil return line was completely broken in 2 pieces and by the time i drove from my home to work and back (about 60 miles round trip) I lost 2 quarts of oil. It was the first day of driving the car and it was so bad that I couldn't even tell where exactly the oil was coming from, because the entire underbody of my car was covered in oil. Ad said runs good and tested! Seller blocked me from being able to contact him besides main office number.

Ordered a HVAC control panel for my car. Had to call their main number to ask when the part would ship after waiting a week with no order status update. Call went to a cell a guy answered and said he would process the next day. After two days order updated label for part was created but it never processed through delivery system. Had to call back and talk to same guy and tell him part still has not shipped only the label has been printed. Part finally shipped two days later. Once it arrived installed and it did not work, completely dead. Return policy you have to pay for shipping, it has to be reviewed and approved before a refund and or a possible restocking fee. I did not want to invest any more time or money. I will not order from Midwest Parts Locator again.

I bought a complete motor that was guaranteed to run . Installed it and it had internal damage . Cost 3800 to fix marvin wouldn't repair or give parts to fix . Don't order here he dont stand behind it . Poor business now wont return my calls . A full refund for junk but it was already installed so lets be clear here I paid 2400 to install the motor you refund 2300 and then it was in the car so we had to fix for 3800 , you refunded because that was the cheapest thing for you to do .
