Highly Recommend. I was traveling to Columbus from Cincinnati when both ball joints and axel broke, leaving me stranded. Eugene took my truck in and got me back on the road within less than a day. Amazing communication, and hustle. Couldn’t be happier with his work

The mechanic was friendly and the work he performed was excellent I give him 5 stars. The prices very reasonable he was differently a blessing to me. I recommend him to everyone if you need work done they're the ones to call.

Customer service was great! Any questions I had about my car, Eugene answered them and went into detail about how long/ total cost it would be up front. He didn't pressure me into feeling like I had to get everything I needed done right on the spot. Overall great experience and will be back in the future for services.

Instead of writing a long drawn out story about what happened. All I'm going to say is that this business is as unprofessional as it gets. Timeframe for a completed job was indeed, far too long. I will also say that the repair was incomplete and no type of refund was issued. Lot of unnecessary childish squabbling back and forth. Just a bad time all around. Eugene is polite and quiet on the surface but his actions have been read loud and clear. Lot of empty promises no delivery.

Got in contact with Eugene, he stated he would meet with me at the desired location. He never showed up I called his cell phone left messages. I understand, things come up, but if you don’t want to do the job. Simply let your customer know!!
