I’ve been here twice for two completely separate issues for my car. Both times they’ve been upfront from the phone call about the estimated cost for repairs and they’ve also throughly explained the cause of both issues and I learned a lot more about cars as a result. They also charge very fair prices and are ultra honest through and through. I’ll always take my car here.

I stopped in to Wheels Unlimited to see about getting my brakes done & was greeted by Mike and he was very friendly and helpful, so I made an appointment and returned on Friday. When I came in on Friday I was greeted by Mike and the manager was there and he called me by my name as I walked through the door. The manager Wes was very friendly and very professional. I told him that this was the cleanest auto repair place I have ever visited and the place smelled wonderful. Wes asked me if I came in because of the on-line special and I said no, that I was researching a place to get my brakes done and my gut kept me coming back to his business and he had great reviews. I am happy about my service and I will continue to keep coming back here for service. They are were very down to earth people and in this day in age that is hard to find. First time for any service for my old Camry since moving to Ohio. Recommended by my son who still drives my even older 2005 Toyota. Couldn't be more pleased by the experience! Owner, Wes, answered my call. Listened patiently to my issue, and scheduled me immediately when I was able to arrange a tow. I messaged him over the holidays with additional needs i wanted serviced while I had my vehicle there, and he was prepared for all when my car arrived. Service was quick. Price was definitely reasonable, and I picked it up the same day! Topped off all my fluids and gave me clear explanation for my next oil change. Definitely found my new car guy! What a relief being new to the city!! Highly recommend!!!
