I was recommended to this place last week , it been nothing but a blessing to deal with a family owned business that takes care of people needs at a right price. Not easy to find someone that could work on German vehicles at the right price with dealers parts , this place does , definitely will be back for other services and definitely will recommend this placed to everyone that I know . Spoke to shop about my needs and they were not able to help with my specific problem, but recommended a great shop for me to go to. I appreciate the honesty and the service you gave me.

Very helpful and friendly on short notice while we were out of town. Seems like a great and honest guy.

Called in on Saturday, was told that I could have my car fixed on Monday. Came in Monday, dropped car off and ubered back home. As soon as I pulled into the drive way, i was contacted and told that my part would not be in until the next day. No apology, no compensation offer. No nothing. Now, i am searching for a new company to do the work. Not sure about the quality of the company's work so I wont give them 1 * but definitely bad business.

Took my daughter's car there to get a second opinion for road noise. She was quoted $1200 from NTB for one of the rear brakes! JD checked the car out, and nothing was wrong with the car. The noise was coming from the tires. She had gotten new all-weather tires at NTB. I have used him before but now I will go see him first.
