Called in on Saturday, was told that I could have my car fixed on Monday. Came in Monday, dropped car off and ubered back home. As soon as I pulled into the drive way, i was contacted and told that my part would not be in until the next day. No apology, no compensation offer. No nothing. Now, i am searching for a new company to do the work. Not sure about the quality of the company's work so…

Took my daughter's car there to get a second opinion for road noise. She was quoted $1200 from NTB for one of the rear brakes! JD checked the car out, and nothing was wrong with the car. The noise was coming from the tires. She had gotten new all-weather tires at NTB. I have used him before but now I will go see him first.
