🔧 Delta 1 Tires and Brakes Service

Took a trip with a friend travelled from Illinois got here later in the day got a flat tire. As a current mechanic who had surgery on my shoulder 3 weeks ago there’s only so much I can do. We called he said he was closing but if we could get there he would take a look at it. He fixed the tire for us and put it back on. What a great shop to stay after hours to help someone out. Not a lot of shops are like this and he went above and beyond. We talked cars and he even offered me a job. If I lived closer I would have loved to work for a shop like this. Highly recommend.

⭐ 0 Star I called this business ahead of time and asked if they could put a tire on a couple of rims for my RV. The person on the phone said yes, so I made the trip about an hour away from where I was. Once I arrived, I was shocked when he tried to charge me $235 for a tire that shouldn’t cost more than $100, plus some labor. I was prepared to pay around $150, which is fair, but when I asked to work the price down to something more reasonable, he got irritated and told me, “You can go, I’m closing in 10 minutes and good luck finding someone else to change it tonight,” and laughed. This was my second bad experience here, and it will definitely be my last. Poor customer service and unreasonable pricing. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Just attempted to purchase a used tire for a 2012 Toyota Camry and was towed $90 without them even looking. Standard used tire in Columbus with installation is around $60. But I guess because I’m a woman they felt they could scam me.

Absolutely amazing !!! 10 stars! We are on a long road trip and we got a flat tire. It was getting late, but then we found Delta 1 and saw the amazing reviews and went straight there. The man who helped us started working as soon as we walked in. He didn’t even hesitate to help us. He was amazing and so kind to help us replace our tire so quickly so we could get back on the road. Very nice and very proficient work. I will only use Delta 1 Tires and Brakes for all my future mechanical needs. Very fair prices and fast service. I'm thankful to have found this Garage. A+++++
