🔧 Broad & James Towing

Our insurance company tried to send a tow company that took over two hours. I finally cancelled them and Broad & James Towing showed up within 10 minutes (after estimating a 30 minute wait). The guy who arrived was amazing and held a great convo with my husband. (I wasn’t there - so they coordinated it all over the phone.) They were kind on the phone and really empathetic of our situation. The price was great to tow it several miles to our preferred shop, which is close to home. I wish I had used them for repair since I know they’re so trustworthy and reliable. It’s so so hard to find trustworthy and reliable people in this industry, especially as a woman. They were so respectful and kind. I just can’t get over how amazing the experience was after being so stressed with the other place.

Amazing 24 hour service. I found myself stranded in the middle of the night and Broad & James were so friendly and helpful when I thought there was no hope of getting a tow. I felt like we faced obstacle after obstacle but the tow truck driver (who’s name I can’t recall) was so calm and collected and got everyone on the road safely. He was a top notch representative for the company and deserves all the recognition! Thank you for a job well done!

I had a great experience with Board and James Towing. The dispatcher was incredibly kind and helpful. She was very patient and made everything clear. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was just as friendly and professional. I really appreciated that I was able to ride with the driver to the drop off location, it made the whole situation much less stressful and was very convenient. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

The driver was prompt, friendly and thoroughly professional. If I’d had any cash with me I definitely would have tipped him. I’m including the pic I took to show my wife how things were progressing.

We have used this company for 40+ years. Once again, we experienced their excellence after they towed my daughter's car that was a total loss from a hit and run driver who was uninsured in unemployed. They operate the way most businesses did 30 years ago when most businesses appreciated and valued their customers. They answer answer the phone, they have employees that you can clearly communicate with, they are professional, they are efficient, they don't have an evil/money based agenda, they are highly competent, and they have very solid expert leadership who still gets their hands dirty.
