We had a bad experience at this parking garage late one evening after seeing a show. The garage and areas around it are poorly lit. We were able to find our car and pay the ticket online. However the gate opened for two seconds before shutting again keeping us stuck in the garage. We tried to pay again with a paper ticket but the machine ate the ticket. After attempting to call the attendant three times we finally got a hold of someone. The attendant took all of our information but could not confirm our payment, and he demanded we pay an expensive lost ticket fee to exit.

Had no problem using the Huntington Plaza Parking Garage. Stayed overnight at the Doubletree, so parked under the hotel it is a low clearance. We drive a compact SUV and had no trouble navigating and parking. Saturday night arriving at 4p had plenty of open parking. If staying at the Doubletree, it is important to take your garage ticket into the hotel with you and have reception validate your ticket, this is required to exit the garage. We paid the parking fee at the reception so all we had to do was enter the ticket to get back out the next morning. We walked to the car at 11p and never felt unsafe, left the next morning at 6AM and all was perfectly well.

Definitely not a good spot to park if you are attending some large event. Spent 30 minutes standing in line to pay at the pay booth. Then, waited over an hour in the car to get out just to find out the pay booth didn’t work and I needed to pay again. Oh, and the stupid elevator didn’t work.

Helped us with having a place to park for the day. I did leave a bag in the garage and was hoping to see if there is a lost and found. It is a black land rover draw string bag.

Unless they changed the sign information about this garage, do NOT park here. We parked here on May 21, 2021, which is a Friday, for a wedding. We were not from the area and we're LOCKED out of the garage when we went to retrieve our car after the wedding. There were no signs warning that this would occur. I have never experienced in my life having seen a public parking space close its doors at night. All the entry doors were locked too. We tried to contact security using the call buttons but no one answered. We called the number on the sign for garage service, but they said they didn't own the garage anymore. We had to spend the night out walking around the streets in a city we're not familiar with. Someone finally answered the call button at 7:00 the next morning and they were reluctant to open the doors since the garages are technically closed on the weekends. After lots of begging, they finally opened the garage doors to let us in. Because the "day resets at 6:00" we had to pay an extra $20ish for our car to be stuck in the garage overnight. In all we paid about $30ish in the end. I emailed the company whose logo was on the sign, but they said they were not in charge of the garage and Huntington was instead. We have not been able get in contact with Huntington either for answers or reimbursement. I'm very unhappy with the lack of communication and unavailability of help. I don't want others to end up in the same dilemma so please avoid this parking garage.
