🔧 LAZ Parking - Joseph Garage

30$ parking is insane and at some point just greedy

I like this parking lot. It is covered where I don't have to clear off snow, there is multiple spaces to choose from each day. And the monthly rates are reasonable when compared to the others close by.

If I could give this a 0, I would. My daughter was stuck at the exit because your card reader was malfunctioning and no one was on staff to help her with the machine. You people need to have staff on call at all times, especially when you know there is a huge event like Pride going on.

Unmanned garage. Was charged $8 for 2 hours and 4 minutes. Put $10 in machine got this change shortage due. Called eveyday for a week to get my change. No response from the garage. I think that's criminal. Calling 6 on your side next.

So instructions clearly state to "pay here before returning to car". 3 bucks, reasonable. I get back to my car with receipt and am forced to pay extra 30 at the gate because they didn't have a way to scan in the receipt stating I just paid. 33 dollars wasted
