I’ve been taking my vehicles here since 2018. These guys are great, they are honest and trustworthy. I live 15 minutes away and I would rather take my vehicles to them, versus anywhere else. Highly recommend this shop. They are trustworthy, honest and do their best to get your vehicle running the way you need to without taking advantage of you! This was my first time taking my car to Westerville Automotive. I went to them bas3d on the reviews and I conveniently live right up the street. They took a look at my car and called me to let me know any issues before charging me. I received an oil change also. Great service, respectful team, clear and transparent knowledge of my vehicle. The best price I found for a general inspection and oil change. We be returning customer. Thank you!

A couple weeks ago I getting ready to drive to Maryland. I knew the front brakes needed done, so a couple days before departure I replaced my front brake pads & rotors. Day of departure I was headed toward the interstate, but I kept hearing a concerning grinding noise. So I decided to pop in to Westerville Automotive's South location to see if they had time to check it out real quick. I knew it was a long shot, because I didn't have an appointment. They got my vehicle back there within 15 minutes and had it figured out in like 5 minutes after that. It was loose lug nuts, which was embarrassing as all heck, but I was thankful it was an easy problem. They didn't charge me for the service and sent me on my way. For the first hour of my drive I was overwhelmed with gratitude of their generosity & the care they showed for my predicament.

Fantastic shop experience. Brought in my car that had a fuel line leak and showed them exactly what I wanted done, everyone I spoke to was friendly and they fixed it quickly at a fair price. They also gave me a ride home from the shop which I greatly appreciated. In addition to this, my car had an unfortunate accident with a supplier to their shop that scratched my bumper, and this shop went above and beyond on helping me deal with them and their insurance so I had to do the least amount of effort with getting that fixed. Overall I would definitely go here again.
