Customer service has become a lost art in today's world but not at Excite. They have a great dedicated team that really enjoy what they do and provides excellent customer service. Communication was great as I was always kept aware of everything going on with my truck and could not have asked for a better experience. The entire team was always so thoughtful and compassionate. It's the small things that make a big difference. Making sure I had a ride home, the progress updates, a coupon for an oil change as well as a complimentary car wash in 30 days which allows them to look over the vehicle just to make sure things are still looking good. Wow! The level of service truly goes beyond my expectations. When my truck was ready for pickup I was thoroughly impressed by the repairs and how well the paint matched - you literally cannot tell there was a repair to the vehicle. Did I mention how clean everything was, inside and out. Absolutely fantastic. If you're looking for a quality repair done by experts in their field then look no further, Excite is the place to go. I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about my experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Excite Collision Repair on Westerville Rd. The service wasn’t body shop related, but I recently found out they can do car detailing! Not only did they do an incredible job making my car look like new inside and out, but they also own a service center where they were able to complete my scheduled maintenance at the same time. The convenience of getting both detailing and service done in one visit was a huge plus. They also provided a pickup and drop-off service, so I didn’t have to Uber to and from their location. I really appreciate being able to support a small, local business that clearly takes pride in its work and values its customers. Highly recommended!

Kevin was absolutely wonderful as always (have worked with him a couple times over the years)! He always goes above and beyond to get the best outcome for his customers, whatever the case may be (in my case he saved my car from being totaled due to hail damage). His knowledge and professionalism is a force to be reckoned with. Work with him, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
