I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and Mickey and his people did a great job. Mickey was very helpful and made sure that I understood what work was going to be done and parts being used and the differences between those parts. I will be going back there again. I was pleasantly surprised in the work that was done as well as the customer service. 5 Stars for Mickey and his business.

I have been coming here for 16+ years and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Mickey, the owner, is always fair and open about what is going on with your vehicles. He never takes advantage of anyone and has always worked with me about what my vehicles have needed. I trust him (and Jeremy) completely, and have referred many people to him over the past 16 years. Thank-you Mickey, for always being there to take care of all of our vehicles for me and my family. You're the best!

Want to say this has been one of the best automotive experiences. Micky the owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. Tried shops in Newark and Heath. Had an issue with my car that has a warranty on it. Shops in heath told me only cash customers first. Ended up waiting a month for shop not even to look at it. Called Micky and he set me up with a time. Had done next day. Ended up being a part that wasn’t under warranty. So I had to pay out of pocket. Which didn’t bother me at all. Was bothered because we went a month without the car. I will definitely be making the 1hr trip to get my car looked at by them for now on. Thank you Micky and team for a great experience. Look forward to doing business with you all down the road. Also he called me week later to check on the car.

Started out good at first, but for our second repair we had to come back and forth to this shop 6 times in a row over the same issue that was never resolved. Paid this shop a grand to fix the issue, but it was never done. I told the guy in charge to use the warranty I have to ensure our repairs were made correctly, but he said he had it. Then he said he would refer us to a shop for an issue he said he found and left us hanging. Still have not received it. Now my car is running way worse than when I initially took it in. Good thing I got warranty. Avoid this shop if you seek organization, a timely repair, and not having to return more than once to ensure it was done right. This dude will hold your car for a month with no explanation and then try to charge you for storage. I had to tell him he must have me mixed up with someone else. Good guy... just needs to take his time and do right by ALL the people that come through his door.

Well worth the drive from Westerville! Sitting in my new silent-running RAV4; Mickey turned a busted exhaust repair around in less than 24 hours from phone call to pickup, so I’m no longer deafened on startup. We’ve brought vehicles here for everything from warranty repairs to brake work — the results are high quality and the cost is honest and reasonable. Best mechanic in the city, for my dollar.
