Mike Long and his crew have been taking great care of me and my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek for the past five years. I really appreciate their responsiveness and quality of work. They are fast and reliable. Also, they are super knowledgeable about resources for my car for services they don't offer. I have consistently had positive experiences each and every time I've taken my car to Mike and his crew. I can't say that about many businesses.

This is an auto shop I can trust. They did good work and were quick. From the front desk staff (Makana?) to the management (I think his name is Mark or Mike Long?), to all the mechanics who only did the necessary work and then charged me a fair price. I'll be back the next time my car needs work.

Great staff who still have customer service at the forefront of their work. Needed a new tire and they immediately attended to me so that I could keep driving to work. Thanks guys!

I was greeted with smiles, Goodyear is a good place to meet really amazing honest down to earth people for help with your tire and car needs. I had the pleasure of having Mike as my car help liaison. He is fantastic. I would definitely recommend these guys!

These guys are life savers. I got a flat tire on my way to the Cincinnati airport and Makahn was able to replace my tire immediately. I would have missed my flight but thanks to him being so efficient and understanding I was able to make it in time. He was very straightforward with pricing as well. 10/10 would recommended these guys to anyone and cannot thank them enough.
