I called prior for an appointment and was told it would take about 1 hour to have trans fluid added, etc. I was there for 2.5 hours (845a-1115a) which was perfectly fine as it had to cool down for an hour. This place is by far the best auto repair shop to take your European car for repairs. Customer service is great. Jeff, the phone guy, was very knowledgeable about my BMW and was able to give me his best guesstimate. Here's to hoping Jeff is a great guesser.
