I have returned my vehicle back to them several times to fix which is my brake pads and rotors on a dodge charger that they said needed fix front $240 and back $240. I got both fixed I thought until my car started squealing loud they say it’s going to squeal because I just got new everything but I knew something was off because it wouldn’t be squealing loud that long. I gave best deal tire a chance to fix the issue but nope still squealing loud. Now that I took it to another shop they said my front break pads are out and bad it’s so bad I can’t even drive my vehicle now I have to spend money again for what I just paid for on 4/24 break pads don’t go out fast it takes a couple years they ripped me off for my money sat there for hours just to steal my money I’m glad I have a receipt for everything plus I am a female I suggest don’t take your vehicle there search else where plus they never answer the phone. I have reported to BBB I need my refund back no time to argue with no grown men. Also always ask for a receipt they only take cash just so they can rip people off. UPDATE for the comment below I never had any break defects on whatever ever you are saying all I needed was my breaks and rotors changed. Also I brought my bmw there also come to find out my break pads were too big which is why it caused damaged to caliber causing damaged to my rotors causing the loud squealing sound probably the same for my dodge charger. This company needs to make sure break pads are the correct size not touching the caliber because it caused damaged scratching up my rotors. My advice to go elsewhere where or buy your own breaks and rotors don't let them order for you unless you know the sizes.

I WAS a happy customer for 15 yrs, or so. He's warranted work on rotors that had one caliper stick, fixed it no problem. I recently went for a used tire warranty, $40, now $50, had push come to shove, I'd have just paid for it. His employee was using a Jack when supposedly it "gave out again," as this jack "shouldn't be in the rotation. I'm newly diagnosed with heart failure and could barely breathe if I walked, so since he said nothing, I assumed no damage. I was left sitting for 25 min so I went to ask what was taking so long when I noticed the bottom of my fender was bent. Adam, the owner starts pointing out other marks on my car, saying he's not fixing it, like the 2 other imperfections in my paint have anything to do with his employee damaging my car. He ended up saying I'll warranty your tire let's forget the damage. When I. Refused he pulled the jack out and stormed off, saying hed get my part from a junk yard! It's been 9 days, last I heard he didn't have the part. If you cherish your vehicle, avoid this madhouse. There's a bunch of cars, constantly, that likely have no insurance, and the owner thinks he doesn't have to pay for damaging someone's property they worked their butt off for. I'll pray for Adam to get his temper under control, as my insurance contacts him and his insurance, getting quotes now. 15 yrs down the drain over a temper tantrum.

This place is awesome. It took them 16 minutes to figure out what Firestone says. Will take them 6 hours. Their courteous, their attentive, and they will give you information on how to resolve your issue better than Firestone.
