I had a great experience here. They were fast and efficient and extremely helpful. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff was knowledgable.

My first time going, was referred by family who knew the owner. I took my car in one night and he let it sit for a week before he even took a look at it just to tell me he could not fix anything because he doesn’t deal with “turbo” problems when it was just a hose that busted and needed fixed along with my water pump. So he wasted a week of my time on trying to get my car repaired. i am not happy at all by this result.

I went last week to get a wheel alignment,oil change and fix an inner tire rod and he was able to get all that done in 2 hrs. Alan is truly a really good mechanic since no one could fix my tire rod anywhere else. It took a couple tries to get it fixed but he never gave up and got it done. I appreciate the customer service they provided as well both Alan and Keith.I recommend this shop to anyone who needs a tire change or get something done to your car because i can truly trust them with my car. Thank you so much!😊

Can't say enough about Lonnie and Keith! Yall are truly great people and we will be back! I was at work while my fiance took charge of having the car figured out. The last place we took the car to took advantage of her and overcharged with no explanation to either of us of the work that was performed. We thought the car was a lost cause but I seen and heard nothing but great things about browns. Lonnie was super responsive and never once complained about how I messed up and took the car to the wrong location BUT still went above and beyond and got it taken care of at the other shop location. It was nice bein able to work and not worry about her getting taken advantage of with no explanation. Thank you so much Lonnie and Keith! You guys have definitely earned my business and respect!

Love this shop!!! great customer service!! always on top of things and gets the job done right for the low.. my opinion its the cheapest shop in Columbus that gets it done right the first time!!! So if you have a problem with your vehicle bringing on down here. They'll make sure you're taken care of and if they can't do it They'll send you to the right place to get it done... keep up the great work guys!!!
