Needed a patch due to picking up a metal shard. Brown’s worked us right in - quick and efficient repair at a very fair price. Also, something many might not appreciate, they did the final lug tightening by hand versus tweaking down with the power tool. This makes a difference if you ever have to change your own tire.

I have driven there lots of times. I have to admit I was sceptical. They were fantastic. They knew what they were doing. I did not have to hassle with making an appointment. Drove right up and was out in less than 30 minutes. Great guys!!!

Brown’s has always been so efficient and helpful when fixing or replacing my tires! I have never had a bad experience and have been here quite a few times. Plus the cat that hangs out there is adorable.

Woke up with a piece of metal in my tire (as if there's not enough construction going on in Columbus) and it was completely flat. After roadside assistance put my spare on, I drove my car right down to Brown's. They got me right in, made the repair to my tire and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Toyo the shop cat kept me entertained!

I normally wouldn’t speak up about something like this, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience. A few days ago—possibly about a week—I called ahead to confirm availability for two front tires. I was told they were in stock, so I drove in. Upon arrival, there was some confusion about whether I needed two tires or four. While that may have been a simple miscommunication, I remained polite and patient throughout the process. However, what happened next was concerning. After installing the tires, the technician released the jack so quickly that the vehicle dropped abruptly to the ground on the passenger side. As anyone familiar with proper vehicle maintenance knows, a jack should always be released slowly and carefully. A rapid release not only risks damage to the vehicle but also reflects a lack of care in handling customer property. This sudden drop could have potentially damaged the frame or other components of the vehicle. Out of an abundance of caution, I’ve now had to bring in a mechanic to inspect it for any possible issues, which is an additional inconvenience and expense I wasn’t anticipating. To make matters worse, the vehicle wasn’t even mine—I was doing a favor for a family member by taking it in for service. I was hoping to support the business in good faith, and I came in with a respectful attitude, but I left feeling like that same care wasn’t extended to me in return. While I understand mistakes happen and miscommunications are sometimes unavoidable, I believe this situation could have and should have been handled more professionally. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I would have a hard time recommending this shop to others.
