Wish I could put zero stars. I will be returning to oil changes at vavoline after I used my two free oil changes! At least I know that vavoline actually does full service oil changes! I came in today for an oil change and wanted to see if my wheel bearings are going bad on the car I bought a few months ago.. it’s almost $200 to just LOOK at the car and if I only wanted them to check the brake mm it’s almost $90… I bought the car with rusted rotors that they ended up sanding down the best they could so I can’t tell when I need new brakes because the grinding has occurred ever since I bought the car! It was 5/6mm when I bought it! Oh, and they tightened the oil cap so tight that I had to come to the dealership for my first oil change because vavoline said they couldn’t get it off! They just want you to spend money lol! Also, full service oil changes typically including checking tire pressure. My light was on when I came in and it was on when I left! If they don’t bother checking tire pressure what else are they not doing?? I read other reviews that after oil changes others tires/axles were off balance and it caused issues! I’m no car expert but the other reviews speak for themselves. *** Also, when I called to make the appointment they didn’t inform me it would cost anything. So that would be nice to tell people how much it is to just look at the car to save time because no car place I’ve ever been to charges you to look at your car lol!!

Had to put one because 0 wasn't an option. I have been in four times in less than a month and have had the worst service. Showed up and had a part ordered so I showed up the next day and the response "the part we ordered for your car we just put on another car 15 minutes ago" leading me to go back the following day. Left with a screw in my tire, so needed to patch that (somewhere else since they said they had no appointments open). Went the following week for a check engine light and was told multiple things. I said I needed my car back that day (Saturday). Got a call at 4:13 saying they were closed and couldn't do the work, leaving me without a car. It was Saturday and they're closed Sunday, so no car...I called Monday morning saying I needed my car back and would be there in 20 minutes. The response "we cannot find your keys or your paperwork." The list goes on and on and we were VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with everything. I hate leaving negative reviews. Not to mention the first time I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told "it's in the back press the panic button and you'll find it." shout out to Ricky who actually found my car keys in the service providers desk. Another lady was also waiting there and her keys were nowhere to be found. I can't speak on her behalf, but we had a terrible experience. I will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced.

I don’t put 0 because is not option DO NOT VISIT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE DEALERSHIP. They almost destroyed my car and they treated me badly, even though I used to take my car there every six months. They overcharged me and severely damaged my car, therefore, I will never take my car to that place again. I bought my car at the Toyota dealership and I paid them thousands of dollars for maintenance , on the other hand, they overcharged me for their services and damaged the car. The Maintenance manager lack of professionalism and some of the employees are extremely rude. They charged us 1200 dollars and the car came out of the service department in worse conditions than we brought it in couple days ago. I strongly suggest to anyone: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF YOU DO WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR RUNNING AND IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. We will never come back to that place!

Took my daughters Ford Focus there since I purchased it from them with an extended warranty. The check engine light was on, they told me the tech googles it and it was a common recall for a Focus. Took it to Ford and found out there was no a five recall on my daughters car AND they cleared the check engine light. Ford said since they did that even if it was a legit recall with no codes given they wouldn’t be able to repair anything, they needed the check engine light on. I was told to just drive around until it came back on. Took it back to Toyota Direct and was told a few days later they got a new transmission approved through the warranty. I only needed to take it to Ford to be diagnosed and they would complete the repair. Went to a Ford Dealership and paid $250 to find out what was wrong. Called the service advisor I was working with and told him I know what’s wrong and asked when I should bring it back. 3 days later he told me that they actually couldn’t fix the car since it was a Ford and I would need to take it to a Ford Dealership and that the good news is most dealerships work with the third party warranty I purchased through them. So, a month later I’m still trying to get my daughters car fixed under warranty. I’m just confused how they were able to replace the transmission when they were not a Ford dealer but can’t fix the clutch spring. Will NEVER get a car from here ever again. If I could give zero stars I would have.

I will never come back here again. They lie about service that is NOT required. 40 years around auto racing, and other than when replacing pads, or a master cylinder, I have NEVER heard of brake fluid having to be flushed and replaced every 30,000 miles. I'm checking Toyota recommended service online as I write this, and two of the exorbitant charges for this service are NOT listed. I may pay their $700 theft for this "oil change," but future service, unless there's a recall, will be done at Firestone. At least they're honest. I went back to the service desk to cancel the service, and asked three times whether they had started on my car yet. (Final answer: no.) I asked for a copy of the paperwork; she said she couldn't do that because she canceled it. I asked where the quote was I had signed (under duress). She flipped some pages around, then got someone else to show her how to print it. I ended up with the quote, and my car, andI read through the quote and all the unnecessary stuff they said was "REQUIRED" by Toyota (I checked three dealerships and nobody -- NOBODY listed all the stuff they said "had" to be done). I became angrier. To make it worse, after the first item ("30K service"), everything that was listed to be done said, "customer states..." to do such and such. I did NOT ask for all that; I was under the erroneous impression that 30K service was an oil change, checking fluids, checking suspension, brake pads... I did NOT expect a $678 quote. Oh, and they put the wrong mileage on the work order too -- it's 30,132 -- they put down 31,165. I think they saw a woman coming, and their misogynistic cash register said "ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching." My husband raced Toyotas until he died of cancer this past November. He only drove Toyotas on the street. This Venza is my first, and probably last, Toyota, despite how much I love this car. Oh, I stopped at Firestone on the way home. I scheduled the 30K service with people I trust for this coming Thursday.
