I went last week for an estimate. They told me they would send it to me by email and I'm still waiting for it. The office staff is not qualified for those positions and I don't think with this experience it's a good place. Based on my experience, they have zero professionalism.

My car ended up being a total loss so they never did any repair work on my car but Kelly and all of the other staff I interacted with were AMAZING! So warm and inviting. They were also determined to get some stuff out of the trunk for me that I couldn’t after the accident and they were able to! I felt genuine care about me and my belongings from them I will definitely be back for future repairs! Thanks Kelly and other team member names i didn’t catch!

Ms. Kelly and the entire staff were wonderful. They truly care about doing what's best for the customer instead of making a dollar. This is why they will always be successful. Thank you all for your great work.

This place is an actual joke, as most chain body shops are. It took them nearly a month to repair what was relatively minor damage to our vehicle; and in doing so put absolute minimum effort into the final product. The door skin was as wavy as a freshly cooked piece of bacon, the panel gaps were completely off to the point the paint was already starting to rub, and there was a visible misalignment between the door and fender. After expressing these concerns, they kept the vehicle for another week and a half and returned it still with very minimal effort repairs. The door skin is still wavy and deformed, and there is still a visible crease in the exterior of the door. The panel gap was fixed at least, woo. Also curious was the fact they replaced a perfectly good, undamaged and working OEM headlight with an aftermarket unit without specifying a reason. Suspicious at best. Stay far away if your standards for body work are any higher than “at least the door shuts now”.

I can only speak for the first 5 minutes of walking into the location. I was greeted with a smile and a positive interaction. I will definitely be updating with photos of the actual damage and the repair done. But so far, the customer service is great! They have coffee, hot chocolate and water on the ready and a nice sofa for waiting. Edit: as promised I would write a final review. The service was done in under 4 days for my minor damage. They repaired my car to perfect condition. The paint is perfect since I have a special kind of paint. They were great with communicating with me. The first photo is before and the second is after. My only issue was the tail light seemed a little loose, so I took it in and they checked it and made sure everything was attached correctly, since then, it's been just fine. I would highly recommend service king. They don't price gouge anyone. They gave you a fair price for the time and damage done.
