Crash Champions Collision Repair Sullivant

I went last week for an estimate. They told me they would send it to me by email and I'm still waiting for it. The office staff is not qualified for those positions and I don't think with this experience it's a good place. Based on my experience, they have zero professionalism.

My car ended up being a total loss so they never did any repair work on my car but Kelly and all of the other staff I interacted with were AMAZING! So warm and inviting. They were also determined to get some stuff out of the trunk for me that I couldn’t after the accident and they were able to! Ms. Kelly and the entire staff were wonderful. They truly care about doing what's best for the customer instead of making a dollar. This is why they will always be successful. Thank you all for your great work.

This place is an actual joke, as most chain body shops are. It took them nearly a month to repair what was relatively minor damage to our vehicle; and in doing so put absolute minimum effort into the final product. The door skin was as wavy as a freshly cooked piece of bacon, the panel gaps were completely off to the point the paint was already starting to rub, and there was a visible misalignment…

I can only speak for the first 5 minutes of walking into the location. I was greeted with a smile and a positive interaction. I will definitely be updating with photos of the actual damage and the repair done. But so far, the customer service is great!
